This is the form for your PROCEEDINGS PUBLICATION submission.

All information included in your proceeding publication submission will be made publicly available on the internet (Phone numbers, addresses, etc); by including this information you understand and give us permission to publish it online. If you do not wish this information included please do not include it in your submission.

AUTHORS RETAIN COPYRIGHT FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS

Format Guidelines:

– Times New Roman Font and 12 Font size is preferred
– Files submitted should be in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format

IMPORTANT: Please Include your salutation, otherwise it will default to Mr./Ms.

Registered participants/authors who wish to have their papers published in the conference proceedings must resubmit their paper and/or abstract by the above date. Proceedings submissions could be made via e-mail attachment (preferred), CD-Rom or by our online form (first tab on this page).

f. Synopsis (SHORT, BRIEF DESCRIPTION):
g. Picture Image (Optional):
h. Proceeding Publication Submission: Attach final paper in MSWord or PDF docs.
