According to a skills gap report conducted by the Manufacturing Institute and Delloitte consulting, critical concerns were addressed on the potential of the manufacturers to fill the positions required for manufacturing settings that require post secondary education with a deficit of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
