PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE AND ITS IMPACT ON PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL CORRELATES
Synopsis
This study measured the effects of massage therapy (MT) on reducing of anxiety and cortisol levels in 38 undergraduate women and 27 men, average age 20.25 years. Randomly assigned to a professional massage group (PMG, 48% of participants) and a control group, participants completed State Trait Anxiety Inventory (Spielberger, 1983), and granted a saliva sample to measure cortisol levels, before and after massage was administered. We were interested in the effects of MT on lowering state anxiety.

This paper explores pre-service mathematics teachers’ understanding of the proof process
at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. The concept of what constitutes proof and
justification at the K-12 level were examined in a college geometry course designed for future
elementary school, middle school, and high school teachers. Although a variety of geometry
theorems were discussed in the course, this paper focuses on the Pythagorean Theorem and its
converse. Students developed methods to help elementary, middle, or high school students
further their understanding and justification of the Pythagorean Theorem and its converse.

PREVENTING NOISE INDUCED HEARING LOSS IN FARMERS AND AGRICULTURAL WORKERS IN RURAL AMERICA
Synopsis
According to the National Institute of Deafness and other Communication Disorders (NIDCD, 2010), more than 20 million Americans (all ages) are exposed to hazardous sound (noise) levels on a regular basis, without the use of hearing protection devices (HPD). This study seeks to determine the percentage of farmers and agricultural workers in rural South Carolina who are directly affected by this phenomenon, and those who take proactive measures to protect their hearing from noise exposure.

The Research of Confucius’ Idea “You Yu Yi” (游於藝)
Synopsis
1. Introduction This paper is divided into five parts, would discuss the idea of Confucius’ “You Yu Yi” (游於藝), is the modern general education pilot.
2. Explanation of the “You Yu Yi” (游於藝) ” Efforts to learn “Six Yi” (六藝), and relax your mind, which is “You Yu Yi ” (游於藝) correct attitude.
3. The meaning of Confucius’ “Six Yi” (六藝) Two versions of the meaning of ” Six Yi” (六藝),one refers to the six elements of Li (禮), Yue(樂),She(射),Yu(御), Shu(書),Shu(數), another is the ” Six Jin” (六經). The former is the focus of this paper.
4. General education built basic on “You Yu Yi” (游於藝) ” As the example ,Chia Nan University of Pharmacy and Science (Taiwan, ROC), comparing its general education with Confucius’ “Six Yi” (六藝), we can confirmed “Six Yi” (六藝) is the foundation of contemporary general education.
5. Conclusion “Let the will be set on Dao(道), based yourself in De(德), let your mind relied on Ren(仁), and be relaxed and enjoyable in Yi(藝). ” Practicing it in the contemporary general education, this is precisely the significance of “You Yu Yi” (游於藝).

A preliminary list of potential entrepreneurs’ attitudes and behaviors in content processing software industry were identified and compiled. Subsequently, qualitative content analysis and expert interviews were conducted to consolidate this preliminary list into a final set of twelve attitudes and behaviors under eight categories –“commitment and determination”, “leadership”, “opportunity obsession”, “tolerance of risk, ambiguity and uncertainty”, “creativity, selfreliance and adaptability”, and “motivation to excel”, “social media”, “big data” and “experiences”.
